Lease Purchase Financing
Bid #23-002
The official bid opening will be held at the Business Administrator’s office of the Northern Burlington County Regional School District, 160 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, New Jersey 08022, at 1 pm, prevailing time, January 26, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids must be clearly marked on the envelope “Tax-Exempt Lease Purchase Bid,” and must contain, inter alia, the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of bid opening.
Bidders are required to comply with all requirements of the Public Schools Contracts Law, NJSA 18A:18-1, et seq., P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and with all other Federal Laws and New Jersey Statutes not specified herein.
Bid Specifications can be obtained by contacting Phoenix Advisors, LLC at (609) 291-0130. Bids must be on the proposal form and in the manner designated in the bid specifications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period ending thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
The Northern Burlington County Regional School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education to do so.
