Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A 19 44A-20, New Jersey Pay to Play, and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Northern Burlington County Regional Board of Education, 160 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, NJ 08022 is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services to be rendered to the Board of Education as listed below for the period Juley 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to manage the School Food Authority's (SFA's) school food service program.

The proposer is herein referred to as the Food Service Management Company (FSMC). The contract will be between the School Food Authority (SFA) and (FSMC).
Request for proposals is on file at the Board Secretary/Business Administrator's office at 160 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, NJ 08022, and may also be downloaded from the Northern Burlington County Regional school District's website at www.nbulington.com.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. on April 11, 2024. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
