Students wishing to participate in a fall sport, whether in the middle school or high school must submit a completed sports packet. The link to the packet can be found here: Athletic Important Documents.
Please note the deadlines on the packet. All materials must be reviewed by the school nurses and the school doctor. Therefore, submission after the deadlines noted may result in a student not being approved to participate in a sport until after practices have begun.
