HARASSMENT INTIMIDATION AND BULLYING

An Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act was signed into law on January 5, 2011. This new law requires major revisions to the Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) Policy and Regulation Guide effective September 1, 2011. The legislation is intended to strengthen standards for preventing, reporting, investigating, and responding to incidents of bullying.
