| | April 24: Final Return date for 8th grade trip payment/permission slips May 1-19: PTSC Spring Clothing Drive May 5 - 8: NJSLA-A assessments May 7: Spring Band Concert-7:00 pm May 12: Spring Choral Concert-7:00 pm May 15: Mid Marking Period | | All middle school students will be participating in the statewide assessments the week of May 4. On May 4 we will have an extended homeroom to make sure all of our students know the room they will be taking the assessments and complete preliminary set up.
Testing will take place Tuesday through Thursday at the start of the school day. Once testing is complete, students will follow a modified schedule where it is anticipated they will see all of their classes, but for a shortened period of time.
While students should always come to school well rested, having eaten a good breakfast, and bring their charged Chromebook with them, this is particularly important during the week of testing.
More information on state testing can be found at this website https://www.nj.gov/education/assessment/adaptive/ | | The annual Take Your Child to Work Day was April 23. If you did not already, for those parents with children who participated, please take a few moments to complete the form that can be found at this LINK. This will allow us to properly record the absence. Any supporting documents, such as a letter from your employer, should be submitted to the main office attendance secretary Marianne Kemerley mkemerley@nburlington.com. | | | | Spring is here, and that means it’s time for one of our most anticipated events of the year—the Northern Burlington FFA Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser! 🌼🌿 Our students have been hard at work growing a wide variety of high-quality plants, and we’re excited to welcome you to the greenhouse! | | | April is the Month of the Military Child.
