Important Dates: 

 Summer Main Office Hours:

Week of June 21:  8 am to 3 pm

Week of June 28:  7:30 am to 4:15 pm, Monday thru Thursday:  Closed Friday

Week of July 5:  Common Week:  Our offices will be closed July 5 through July 10.

Week of July 12 through Aug. 27:  7:30 am to 4:15 pm, Monday thru Thursday, Closed Friday.

Week of Aug. 30:  Normal Office Hours Resume

GRADUATION CEREMONY 2021 LIVE STREAM:

 

Scholars’ Awards & Senior Awards:  

Please note that this year’s Scholars’ Awards and  Ceremonies were virtual.  Certificates have been mailed home. We will let you know as soon as the complete ceremony is available to be viewed on our NTV YouTube channel.

 

Power School & Final Grades:

Students’ final grades will be available on PowerSchool. Please note that 21-22 student schedules will not be available until the end of the summer/beginning of September. 

 

Student Vaccinations:  

Vaccines remain readily available for anyone in New Jersey ages 12 and up.

 Several options are available for appointments or for walk in sessions in our area..

  • Deborah Hospital in Browns Mills has the following June Walk-In sessions open:

If a family needs assistance in scheduling a vaccine appointment, please contact our school nurse during school hours at 609-298-3900, x4030 or by email at tpugliese@nburlington.com.  

If a student needs to miss school to get a vaccination or its side effects, please submit a copy of the vaccination card to the school nurse (gnocon@nburlington.com or mcrane@nburlington.com ) for the absence to be excused.

Please continue to share any COVID-19 cases or exposures with our school nurses. We ask that you directly contact your student’s nurse as this information is critical for monitoring community incidence & planning for safely keeping our school open.

 

Summer Assignments:  

NB’s Program of Studies includes formal Summer Assignments for Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors courses in  the high school. 

All summer assignments will be available on the High School Summer Assignment section of the Website by June 14.  Please contact the director of the department with content related questions or your student’s counselor with placement questions.

 End of the Year Information (grades 9-11):

Students in grades 9-11 will keep their chromebooks over the summer and use them next year.

Summer Band:  

The Music Department of Northern Burlington will once again offer our free SUMMER BAND program this summer. All band students entering grades 5-12 are invited and encouraged to take this opportunity to continue their instrumental music education. 

This year's program will be held in the HS band room June 28th-July 1st (Monday-Thursday), and July 12th-July 15th (Monday-Thursday). The full schedule and registration can be found at nbcbands.com


Driving School: 

Northern’s Driving School is OPEN all summer.

If you are at least 16 (or will be this summer), have passed the written test, and need to complete your 6-hours of Behind the Wheel or need to be taken to your Road Test please contact Mrs. Duff for more information. You can find her in room 301 or send her an email at hduff@nburlington.com


Summer Enrichment Program:  

We are offering several summer enrichment programs.  Information can be found in the students google classrooms for the “Class of 2022, 2023, & 2024”

July 26 to July 29

  • “Room to Breathe,” about being more intentional with your time and resources

  • NB Current Events Enrichment Camp

  • Physics of Flight: Model Airplane Design & Build Camp

  • MTG & Tabletop Gaming Camp

  • Farming and Ecosystem Sustainability

August 16 to 19

Athletic Camps: 

Information on the summer athletic camps can be found at this LINK.  Offerings include soccer, football, cheerleading, and wrestling.

Athletics - Physical Packets:

The athletic office is now accepting 2021-2022 Physical Packets for summer workouts and conditioning. Fall packets are now being accepted 90-days prior to the start date of a season.
