Dear Parents and Guardians:

On behalf of Northern Burlington County Regional Middle School, I would like to invite you to begin the process of registering your child and selecting courses for the 2021-2022 school year.

In a year without a pandemic, you would join us at the middle school for an evening event to hear about the district’s programs, tour our building, and meet our teachers.  Since we cannot do that in person this year, we have put together a virtual open house with video presentations from administrators and faculty members speaking about the middle school and its different programs.  While we would have preferred to meet you in person, we hope that you find the following video presentation helpful:   Open House.

The sixth-grade student visits to the middle school will also be virtual this year, much to everyone’s disappointment.  We will need to wait until the next school year to meet the incoming Class of 2027 in person.  A video tour can be found here:  Middle School Tour.

If there is a silver lining to the pandemic it is that we were able to streamline our district’s registration process into a completely online operation.  When students begin seventh grade at Northern Burlington,  they are moving to a new school district.  So, when you register your child, it will be a comprehensive process and it will be entirely online through our student management program in PowerSchool.  Once you complete the registration process, you will be able to select courses for the coming school year as well.

The link to begin registration can be found HERE.  Once you enter the express enrollment information, the registrar will send you additional instructions for parent access to Powerschool.  Once you have a PowerSchoolaccount you will need to register your child for school, including uploading various documents, and selecting courses.  Please plan to complete the entire registration process by April 12, 2021.  The Middle School Open House link includes videos on how to complete both registration and course selection.

I am optimistic that by September of 2021 we will be much closer to our normal routines at Northern Burlington.  Regardless of what the situation may be, our goal is to provide your child with the best possible middle school experience within whatever health and safety constraints we need to follow.

I look forward to meeting your children and welcoming all of our new Greyhounds in September.  If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact our counseling office at 609-298-3900 x4020.

Thank you.
